Platinum Service Suites

We are based over in Yeshwanthpur, specifically in F Block of Platinum City. It’s right there on HMT Watch Factory Road. Most of the time, we’re busy keeping track of the rooms and making sure everything is where it should be. It’s a big complex, so we spend a lot of time walking back and forth between the different units. The office is just a small room where we keep the keys and the logbooks. It’s not the kind of place you’d come to hang out, but it serves its purpose. We deal with people coming and going at all hours, so there is usually someone around. Yeshwanthpur is a busy area with a lot of industrial history, and you can feel that energy on our street. We’ve had this spot for a while and have gotten to know the other people working in the building. It’s pretty simple—we just handle the day-to-day stuff that comes with running suites. Sometimes things break or need fixing, and we have to jump on that quickly. We don't have a huge staff, just a handful of us who know the ropes. It’s a lot of practical work, checking linens and making sure the light bulbs work. It keeps us on our feet. We like the location because it’s easy for people to find once they get onto the main road and find building number two.
