Plastique Crafts

Plastique Crafts is situated in Jayanagar 7th Block, specifically on the 39th Cross. It’s a nice part of Bangalore, with lots of trees and houses nearby. We are actually right on the border of the 8th Block too, at number 44. We do a mix of things here, mostly involving plastic materials for different craft and utility purposes. The shop is a bit of a mess sometimes because we have so many different types of items tucked away in every corner. We aren't trying to be a high-end boutique or anything like that. It’s just a place where you can find what you need for your projects. My sister helps me with the accounts in the afternoons, and we have one guy who helps with the heavy lifting and cleaning. We get a lot of local residents coming in. They usually have some specific thing in mind that they are trying to build or fix. We try to help them find the right piece from our stock. Sometimes we don't have exactly what they want, so we suggest something else that might work instead. The building itself is a bit old, and the stairs are a little steep for some people. We spend most of our day just chatting with people and moving stuff around the shelves. It’s a comfortable way to spend the day. We don't have big plans. We just want to keep the shop running.
