You can find us over at the Ice Queen Amber Building, which is right on Bannerghatta Road. It’s a busy intersection area near the Reliance Mart, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving about. We handle manpower services, which basically means a lot of paperwork and talking to people looking for work or companies needing staff. Being near the Hosur Road junction means we see a lot of traffic out the window. The building name is a bit unusual, but it makes us easy to find if you tell people to look for the Ice Queen sign. Inside, it's just a normal office with files and phones ringing. We spend most of our time matching people to the right jobs. It's a lot of coordination. Sometimes the elevators in the building take a while, so we end up taking the stairs. It keeps us moving, I guess. We've been operating out of this spot for a while. It’s a good location because it's central for people coming from different parts of the city. We don't have a big lobby or anything, just a desk where you can sit and talk. Dealing with people is complicated, so there is always something happening. It isn't always smooth, but we get through the pile of resumes and requests every day. There is usually a line of people waiting to ask about placements, and we try to get to everyone as fast as we can.
