Pillai R R is located right near the bridge in Seshadripuram. Our specific spot is G 7 on 1st Main, over by Bridge Links. It’s a unique part of the area because of the bridge traffic and the constant movement of cars and people. Even with all the noise outside, we manage to keep things fairly organized inside our space. We’ve been operating from G 7 for several years now. It’s a convenient place for us because of the central location. 1st Main is always busy, which keeps us on our toes. We don't have a big team or a lot of complicated equipment. It’s just a small group of us working through the tasks of the day. We try to be as direct as possible with anyone who walks in. The Bridge Links area is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. We see a lot of commuters every morning and evening. The building itself is sturdy and has been around for a long time. We like the grit of Seshadripuram. It’s a working-class area and that suits our style just fine. We don't bother with fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We just use what works and keep it clean enough. Our schedule is pretty fixed, but we’re flexible if someone really needs us to stay five minutes late. It is just a normal, everyday business trying to do things right in a busy part of town. We keep a small radio playing in the corner.
