Phoenix Hospital

So we are situated in Bangalore, specifically in the CKC Garden area. The exact spot is on 1st Main and 2nd Cross, right near Subbaiah Circle. If you’ve driven around this part of the city, you know how the traffic can be near the circle. The hospital itself is a place where a lot of local families come. It’s a sturdy building, nothing too modern looking on the outside, but it serves the purpose. Inside, it's the usual hospital scenes—people waiting for their turn, doctors rushing between rooms, and the sound of machines here and there. We spend our days making sure the rooms are ready and the medicine is stocked up. It can get pretty loud during the day with all the city noise coming in from the streets. We’ve got a mix of regular staff who have been here for years and some newer faces too. It’s not the kind of place where you’d expect luxury, but we try to keep it clean and functional. Usually, by late evening, things quiet down a little, but the lights never really go out. It’s just a part of life in this bit of Bangalore. We’re just here doing our jobs day in and day out, looking after whoever comes through the entrance at CKC Garden. Sometimes the tea man comes by with snacks for the staff, which is a highlight. We just try to get through the paperwork.
