Pes School Of Engineering is located in Electronic City on Hosur Rd. If you know anything about this part of the world, you know it is all about technology and heavy traffic. This area is always buzzing with people going to work in the big IT offices nearby. Our campus is right in the middle of all that action. It is a place filled with students who are usually in a hurry to get to their next lab or lecture. The buildings are practical and designed for work, not for looking pretty or impressive. We have a lot of labs with computers and equipment that we have to keep running, which is a bit of a headache sometimes when things break down. The hallways are usually full of students talking about their projects or upcoming exams. It gets pretty loud, especially near the canteen during the break times. Hosur Rd is always noisy, and we have just learned to live with the constant sound of trucks and buses passing by all day long. Our staff is mostly busy with the technical side of things or sorting out the schedules for the coming weeks. We don't have time for a lot of fancy talk or promotional marketing stuff. We just focus on making sure the equipment works and the classes happen as planned. It is a very busy, no-nonsense kind of environment to be in. We are just a regular engineering school trying to keep up with the fast pace of Electronic City and Hosur Rd every single day.
