Our place is situated on the 100 Feet Ring Road, Banashankhari 2nd Main. It is a very busy area of the city, so there is always the sound of traffic and horns in the background. Students are constantly moving between the different floors and the labs. The building has been here for a while and you can see that in the hallways and the way the stairs are worn down. We have several sections and each one has its own space for equipment and books. It is a bit of a maze if you aren’t used to it. The staff mostly sticks to their offices when they aren't in front of a class. We have a lot of young people around who are always looking for a place to sit and talk or look at their notes before a test. The 100 Feet Ring Road makes it easy for people to find us, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes during the peak hours. We don’t have fancy lounges or anything like that; it is just a solid building meant for studying and getting through the syllabus. People come here from all over the city, and the mix of languages you hear in the halls is quite something. We just keep the lights on and the labs open so the work gets done and everyone can finish their degrees on time.
