Out here in the Peenya Industrial Estate, everything feels massive. Our address is 546/1, Sy. No 46, on the 7Th Main in the 4Th Phase. It’s a bit of a maze if you aren't familiar with the area. Pepperl Fuch India Pvt Ltd is tucked away among all the other warehouses and factories. The 7Th Main is always busy with workers and delivery vans. Our building is a solid, functional structure. Inside, it’s mostly open space with rows of desks and some dedicated areas for the technical stuff. It feels very much like a place where things are getting built or moved. We have a small canteen area where we sit and talk about everything except work during the breaks. The industrial estate has its own rhythm, very different from the city center. There’s a lot of grey concrete and the sound of distant machinery hums in the background all day. It’s a long commute for some of us, but we’ve got a good group here. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations about ourselves. We just show up at 546/1, Sy. No 46, and do the work that needs doing. The 4Th Phase is a hard-working part of the world, and we fit right in with that. It’s just a day-to-day operation in a very busy industrial hub. We keep our heads down and stay busy until the shift ends every single day.
