People Tree Hospitals

You can find our hospital right across from the Hotel Taj deewanta in Gorguntapalya. It’s a big, recognizable landmark, so people rarely get lost when they’re trying to find us for the first time. Being right on that main stretch means there’s never really a quiet moment outside on the street. Inside the building, we try to keep things a bit more organized for the patients. The ground floor is usually where the most activity happens, with the reception desk and the emergency area always seeing people. We have a lot of different staff members, from the cleaners who are always mopping the tile floors to the specialists who come in for their daily rounds. Sometimes the machines in the labs beep all day long, and after a while, you just get used to the rhythm of the sounds. We have a small area where family members can sit and wait, often sharing snacks or tea they brought from home. The windows on the upper floors look out onto the busy road, and you can see the cars stuck in traffic while you’re inside the quiet halls. It’s a big contrast to the fancy hotel sitting right across the way, but we’re here for a very different reason. We deal with everything from broken bones and fevers to more serious things. The shifts are long and the coffee in the staff breakroom isn't great, but it keeps us going. It’s just a regular, busy hospital trying to keep up with the local needs.
