We are based in Peenya Industrial Area, specifically at C-77, 3rd Cross, 3rd Stage. It’s a loud and busy part of town, which suits us fine. Moldrite Innovations is the name on the gate. We work with plastic molding and making parts for other companies. It’s a factory, so there’s always the sound of machines and the smell of warm plastic. We have a team that works in shifts. It’s not a clean office job. We are on the floor most of the time, checking the molds and making sure the pieces are coming out right. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we spend half the day fixing it. That’s just part of the life in Peenya. We don't have any corporate slogans. We just make parts. Most of our clients are other businesses in the same area. We’ve been in this spot for several years and have seen the neighborhood change. We don't do much in terms of promotion. We just keep the machines running and ship the orders out. The office part is just a small corner with a couple of desks for the paperwork and bills. It’s a practical place for practical work. We drink a lot of tea from the stall down the road. It’s hard work, but we like the process of making something real. It’s about getting the orders right and keeping the equipment in good shape.
