Our office is situated in Peenya 2nd Stage, quite close to the bus stop there. Jtm Detective Security Services is a small firm where we handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes work. Being in an industrial area like Peenya means things are always moving and there is a lot of traffic. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a few desks and some filing cabinets. We spend a lot of time monitoring things and talking to our staff who are out on different assignments. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is where they are supposed to be. Sometimes it gets a bit stressful when a shift changes or something unexpected happens near the bus stop. We don't use a lot of big words or have fancy presentations for people. We just tell it like it is. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our toes. The team here is small so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to cleaning up the office at the end of the day. We’ve been in the Peenya area for some time now and we know the layout pretty well. It’s a tough environment but we have a good rhythm going. Most of our days are just about staying organized and making sure the schedules are all filled out properly.
