We are located in the Peenya Industrial Area, specifically in the 1st Stage off the 3rd Cross at S 4. If you’ve ever been to Peenya, you know it’s a massive place with lots of small lanes and units everywhere. It’s the heart of industry here in Bangalore. We work on automation stuff at Futura Automation. It’s basically about making machines work better and faster without needing a person to watch them every second. The workshop has that smell of grease and metal that stays on your clothes. It’s not a fancy showroom. We have workbenches, some computers for the programming side, and a lot of parts waiting to be put together. The traffic in Peenya can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we usually try to get an early start. We aren’t trying to be a corporate giant; we just like fixing things and building systems that work. Most of us have been working with circuits and motors since we were kids. It’s a busy environment. There’s usually a radio playing somewhere in the back to drown out the sound of the machines. It’s a grit-and-gears kind of life. We take our work seriously but we don't bother with suits or big meetings. Just practical solutions for the folks who need them. Sometimes we stay late when a project gets complicated, but that is just part of the job.
