Pavan Tools & Services is situated at 72 Peenya Industrial Area, right next to Ganapathi Nagar Park. Having the park nearby is actually quite nice because it gives us a bit of green to look at when we step outside for a break from the machines. Peenya is a loud place, full of workshops and factories, and we fit right in with the rest of them. We handle a lot of tool repairs and some maintenance work for the other shops around here. The floor is usually covered in a bit of oil and metal shavings, which is just part of the job when you’re working with hardware. We have a couple of workbenches that have seen better days, but they are sturdy and get the job done. Most of the guys here have been working with their hands since they were kids. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone wearing a suit. Usually, we just wear our overalls and get to work as soon as the lights go on. If someone brings in a drill or a lathe that isn't running right, we take it apart and see what’s wrong. It’s basic, honest work. Sometimes we run out of a specific part and have to wait a day or two, but we always tell people the truth about how long it will take. It’s just how we run things here.
