Pavan Tools & Services is based in Bengaluru, up in Peenya 3rd Phase. Our shop is at number 72/717 on 1st Main in Ganapathinagar. We’re tucked into the Bfw Layout, which is quite close to the Manjunath Swamy Temple. Peenya is a huge industrial area, and it can be a bit of a maze if you don't know your way around. We’ve been here long enough to see the roads change and new buildings go up every year. We mostly deal with sharpening tools, fixing small machinery, and providing general services to the other factories nearby. It’s a small shop, and sometimes the grease on our hands makes it hard to answer the phone right away. We don't have a big team—just a few of us who know our way around a toolbox. We try to get things fixed as fast as we can because we know people need their tools to make a living. The temple nearby brings in a lot of people, so the area is always lively. We usually grab lunch at a small stall down the road. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just show up at the shop, see what’s broken, and try to make it work again. It’s honest work and it keeps us going in this busy city.
