Pavan Air Freight

You can find us at No.95/2, right behind the MSIL Building on Airport Road. We’re over in the MES Colony part of Konena Agrahara. Since we do air freight, being near the airport road makes sense, though the traffic out there can be a real pain sometimes. The office is pretty simple. We spend most of our time dealing with customs forms and coordinating with the airport cargo terminals. Air freight is all about speed, but the paperwork usually takes longer than the flight itself. We’re always checking flight schedules and making sure the pickups are timed right. It’s a lot of pressure because people expect things to arrive fast. The building we’re in is a bit older, and it’s tucked away, so you might miss it if you aren’t looking for the MSIL landmark. We have a small crew here, and we’ve all been working together for a long time. There isn't any fancy lobby or receptionist, just us at our desks with the phones ringing. We handle all sorts of stuff, from small parcels to bigger crates that need to go on a plane. Sometimes things get delayed at the warehouse or the flights are cancelled, and then we have to spend the whole day on the phone sorting it out. It’s a busy life, but it keeps us on our toes. We just try to get the cargo moving. It's just a normal day for us here.
