We are based in the Prestige Terminus building, specifically in units 210 and 211. This is over on Airport Road, number 9. Being so close to the airport is pretty much essential for what we do at Panalpina World Transport India Pvt Ltd. The office is in a decent complex, so it’s a bit more modern than some of the other places we’ve worked out of in the past. We spend our days coordinating transport and making sure everything is moving the way it should. It’s a lot of logistical planning and staying on top of schedules. The windows look out toward the road, and we can see the traffic heading toward the terminal all day long. Inside, it’s a typical office setup with computers and phones ringing quite a bit. We aren't really the type to have big meetings or corporate retreats. We just come in, do the work, and go home. The staff here has been together for a while, so we all know how the others work. It’s a professional environment but we don't take ourselves too seriously. Sometimes things get stressful when a shipment is delayed, but we just handle it as it comes. It’s a steady kind of job in a busy part of the city. Having the terminal right there makes it easy for us to stay connected to the transport side of things without having to travel too far.
