Pal Training Institute

Pal Training Institute is tucked away in Kammanahalli at number 2295. We started this because there was a need for some practical learning in the area. It’s not a massive campus or anything like that, just a few rooms where people come to learn. Students drop in throughout the day. Some are quite young and others are just looking to pick up a new skill. The desks are a bit old but they do the job just fine. Most of our time goes toward the basics and making sure everyone understands what’s going on. Kammanahalli is a lively place so there’s always noise coming from the street. We don’t mind it much. Stacks of manuals and papers are everywhere. It feels more like a workspace than a school sometimes. We show up, do the lessons, and help out where we can. It’s a modest operation. Big advertisements or flashy things aren't for us. People mostly find out about us by walking past or hearing from a friend. The lights stay on and the tea is usually ready. It’s a decent way to spend the day, helping folks get better at what they want to do. Having been at this for a while, the routine suits us well. Most evenings we are here until late helping students finish up their projects before the weekend starts and the building gets quiet again.
