You can find us over near Nagarbhavi Circle. Padmashree Institute of Medical Laboratory Technology is where we spend our days, mostly surrounded by lab equipment and stacks of paperwork. It’s not exactly a quiet office job. Since we’re right by the circle, there is a constant stream of students and buses going by. Inside, things are a bit more controlled, but it’s still busy. We have these long benches where the laboratory work happens, and there’s always the smell of cleaning chemicals in the air. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls, just the necessary charts and schedules. Most of the time, the staff is busy setting up for the next session or checking the results from the morning. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing here. It’s more about getting the slides ready and making sure the equipment is calibrated. The floors are easy to clean, which is good because things spill sometimes. During the breaks, everyone heads out towards the circle to find something to eat. It’s a lively area, and being part of it feels right. We just focus on the technical stuff and keep the place running. It’s a lot of routine, but the people here are good, and we manage to get through the heavy workload by just focusing on one task at a time. It works for us and keeps the days moving along steadily.
