We are Pacific Industrial Corporation and you can find us at 161/1 Sadar Patrappa Road. We are up on the third floor. If you have ever been to S.P. Road, you know exactly what the vibe is like. It is one of the busiest, most crowded streets in the city, packed with shops selling every kind of tool and electronic part you can imagine. Our building is right in the thick of it. Walking up to the third floor every day keeps us fit, that is one way to look at it. The stairs are narrow and the building is old, but it has a lot of character. Downstairs, the street is always a mess of carts, scooters, and people shouting, but once you get up to our floor, it gets a little bit quieter. We have our stock laid out and our desks set up to handle the daily business. We don't have a lot of room for fluff or fancy furniture. It is a practical space for a practical business. We’ve spent many years on Sadar Patrappa Road, and we’ve seen shops come and go, but we are still here on the third floor doing our thing. It’s a lot of manual work, checking lists and talking to customers who managed to find their way up the stairs. We don't use any big marketing tricks. We just show up, open the doors, and get to work in the heart of the market. It is what it is, and we like it that way.
