P F E R D Swit

The shop here at 467 Kundalahalli Chembur Colony is where we spend most of our daylight hours. P F E R D Swit has been operating from this spot for a while now. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular building in the colony where we keep things moving. Some days it gets pretty crowded with boxes stacked up high, and we have to shuffle things around just to find a clear desk to write on. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, though you get the usual street noise from Chembur Colony drifting in through the front door throughout the afternoon. We keep the kettle going for most of the morning. Most people who drop by are looking for specific parts or just want to check on an order they placed last week. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the name on the door and some dusty windows. It’s a lot of manual work, moving stuff from the back to the front and back again. Sometimes the internet goes out and we just sit there and talk about the cricket scores until it comes back. It feels like a second home really. My desk is right by the window so I see everyone coming and going. It’s not about being the biggest, it’s just what we do every day. We handle the P F E R D Swit side of things without much fuss. It gets dusty, but that’s just how it is when you’re working with hardware and supplies in this part of town.
