Our place is Unit No.29 on the Lower Ground Floor of the Creator Building at Concourse ITPB, right on Whitefield Road. Osi Energy Automation India Pvt. Ltd is a small team working in one of the busiest tech parks in the city. Being in ITPB means we are around a lot of big companies, but our office on the lower ground floor feels a bit more grounded. It’s a quiet space where we focus on energy automation systems. We have rows of computers and some specialized equipment for testing. It’s usually pretty cool inside because of the building’s air conditioning, which is a nice break from the Bangalore heat outside. We don’t have any big signs or fancy decorations in our unit. It’s just a place for us to work. Most of our day is spent looking at data or fine-tuning the automation software. Lunch is usually spent in the common areas, watching the crowds of people from the other companies. Whitefield Road is always packed with traffic, so most of us have a long commute, but we’re used to it by now. Mission statements aren't really our thing. We just focus on the technical details of energy systems and try to make sure everything runs the way it is supposed to. It’s a specialized job and we take it one day at a time. We’re just regular people trying to finish the tasks we're given.
