Orion Facility Management

We are located at No.17 on Kempanna Road. It’s a little easier to find us if you turn off from the Banasawadi Main Road and look for the Maruthi-Sevanagar area. Our office at Orion Facility Management is pretty straightforward. We don't have any big neon signs or a receptionist waiting at a front desk. Most of the time, the office is actually quiet because our team is out at different buildings doing the actual work. We handle stuff like cleaning, plumbing fixes, and general maintenance for residential blocks and some small offices nearby. The space we have here is mostly used for storing supplies and keeping our records in order. You’ll see stacks of cleaning bottles and maybe some tools sitting in the corner if someone just came back from a job. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a good while, and we know most of the shop owners on the street. It’s a decent place to work. We usually start the day early, around seven, to get everyone their assignments. The furniture in here is a bit mismatched and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works for what we need. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders because we are usually busy focusing on the sites we manage. It's a practical business run by people who don't mind getting their hands dirty and staying busy.
