Our office is situated at number 481/1 in the MSIL Complex on Airport Road. It’s in the Ravi Prakash Nagar area, near the HAL Post. Being near the airport and the HAL area makes sense for what we do, which is moving cargo. The complex is pretty big and industrial, so there’s always trucks and vans moving around outside. Our space is mostly full of clipboards, shipping logs, and people talking on phones or radios. We handle a lot of logistics, meaning we track where things are and where they need to go. It can get pretty stressful when a shipment is delayed or if the weather is bad, but that’s just the cargo business. We aren't tucked away in a fancy high-rise; we’re right where the action is. The office is a bit worn down but it serves its purpose. We have a lot of files and maps on the walls to help us keep track of everything. It’s noisy and there’s always someone coming in to drop off paperwork or ask about a delivery. We’ve been operating from this spot for a long time and know the routines of the local transport hubs. It’s practical, everyday work, making sure stuff gets moved across the country or just across the city. No frills, just moving freight day in and day out.
