Omron Automation Pvt Ltd.

Our office is at 43, GN Complex, right on St. Johns Road. It is a busy area with a lot of old shops and people constantly walking by. Omron Automation Pvt Ltd. is where we spend our working hours, mostly dealing with sensors and control panels. The GN Complex is an older building, so it has a bit of character that the new glass towers don't have. Our space is usually a bit messy with cables, manuals, and different components we are testing out. We don’t have a big reception area or anyone in a fancy suit waiting at the door. Usually, you’ll just find one of us sitting at a desk or tinkering with a piece of hardware. The traffic on St. Johns Road can be pretty bad in the evenings, so we often stay a bit later to let it clear out. Small local food places nearby are where we go for lunch; they are much better than the expensive spots in the mall. We handle a lot of technical calls and try to help people figure out their automation problems over the phone. Troubleshooting and looking at diagrams takes up most of our time. We don't make a big deal out of what we do. It’s just a job that needs doing, and we try to do it right. People know us for being straightforward. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We just show up and work.
