Omkar Cnc Centre

Our shop, Omkar CNC Centre, is located at number 1 in the B.M. Shankarappa Industrial Estate. We are right there in Sunkadakatte, just off Magadi Main Road. Being near the main road means there’s always traffic noise, but inside the shop, the sound of the CNC machines usually drowns it out. These machines are the heart of what we do. We spend a lot of time setting them up and making sure the programs are running correctly. It’s a mix of computer work and greasy hands. The industrial estate has its own vibe, with lots of people moving around and trucks trying to navigate the narrow paths. We keep the place as organized as we can, but with all the metal chips and coolant, it’s a constant battle. We have a small area where we keep the raw materials—mostly bars and blocks of metal waiting to be turned into something useful. The team is small, just a few of us who understand how to get the most out of the equipment. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room. If you come by, you’ll probably find us hunched over a machine or checking a part with a caliper. It’s a practical environment for practical work. We just focus on getting the cuts right and making sure the machines are well-maintained for the next shift. It’s a lot of repetition, but we don’t mind it much.
