Omkar C N C Centre

Omkar C N C Centre is located at 1 Sunkadakatte, right on the 18th Cross in the Doddanna Industrial Estate. We are just off the Magadi Main Road. This area is full of workshops and small factories. Our place is pretty much what you’d expect from a machine shop. We have the CNC machines running most of the day, so there’s always that humming sound in the background. We do a lot of cutting and shaping of metal parts. It’s a technical job, but we learned it by doing it for a long time. We aren't corporate people. We wear work clothes and we aren't afraid to get our hands dirty. The shop isn't exactly tidy, there are metal shavings everywhere, but we know where everything is. People bring us drawings or old parts and ask if we can make them, and we usually can. It’s a lot of sitting and watching the machines do their thing once we have them set up right. The industrial estate can be a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it, but we are right there at the first spot. We don't do any big marketing. Most people find us because they heard from a friend or they work in the same estate. We just focus on getting the dimensions right. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation here at Omkar, keeping the machines going.
