Om Maruthi Motor Driving School

In Basaveshwara Nagar, you will find Om Maruthi Motor Driving School tucked away in KHB Colony. We are at No. 2 on 1st Main, right near the Subramanya Temple. It’s a nice area, though it gets quite busy during temple festivals. We have been here for a good long time now. The school is run in a very simple way. We don't have any high-tech simulators or fancy lobby areas. It’s just a desk, some files, and our cars parked outside. Most of the people who come to us are neighbors or people who work nearby in 1st Stage. Bangalore traffic is legendary, and Basaveshwara Nagar has its own tricky turns and slopes. We spend the day teaching people how to balance the clutch on an incline without rolling back. It’s a lot of repetition, but that’s how you learn. We handle everything from the learner's license to the final driving test. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when a few people show up at once for their theory, but we make it work. We are just local people teaching other local people how to drive properly. No big marketing or anything, just word of mouth. If you see our cars near the temple, that is probably one of us showing a student how to park. It is a steady, slow-paced business and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and teach.
