Our place is called Aashirwad, number 33, and it is tucked away on 5th Cross in Vijayabank Colony. It is a nice part of Bangalore that feels a bit more relaxed than the city center. We have been operating out of this spot in Karnataka for some time now. We do semiconductor work, which sounds very complicated to people who are not in the industry, but we try to keep the atmosphere here pretty down-to-earth. The office is basically a second home for most of us. You will usually find folders piled up and maybe a few stray mugs sitting on the desks. We do not have those glass walls or shiny floors you see in corporate movies. It is just a regular workspace. We show up, deal with the technical challenges, and try to help each other out. Living and working in India, especially in a place like Bangalore, means you get used to the constant hustle. But inside 5th Cross, it is mostly just the sound of keyboards and people talking through problems. We do not have a marketing team writing scripts for us. We just do the work. The address is easy to find if you know the layout of the colony. We have grown quite attached to this little corner. It is where we have figured out a lot of things over the years. We are not interested in being the loudest people in the room. We just want the parts we handle to be right.
