Nr Industries

We are situated at No.511 in the Peenya Pawarwasti area, specifically in the 4th Phase of the industrial area. It’s a very industrial setting, surrounded by other factories and workshops. At Nr Industries, the sound of heavy machinery is the background music to our day. We aren't a retail shop where people come to browse. It’s a place of production. The floor is concrete and usually has some oil spots here and there. We have different stations set up for various parts of the manufacturing process. It gets quite hot in the summer with all the machines running, so we keep the big doors open to let whatever breeze there is come through. Our crew is small but they’ve been with us for a long time. We don't have a fancy HR department or a corporate canteen. We eat our lunch together near the back exit where it's a bit quieter. The work is repetitive sometimes, but it requires a lot of attention to make sure everything comes out right. We deal with raw materials coming in and finished products going out on flatbed trucks. It’s a gritty environment, but there is a certain satisfaction in seeing something get built from scratch. We just keep our heads down and focus on the production schedule. That’s how we’ve always operated here in Peenya. The metal bins are always overflowing with scrap that gets hauled away on Fridays. We don't have a fancy website or a digital catalog. If you want to know what we are making, you usually just have to walk in and look at the blueprints on the table.
