Novus

Novus is located at 1270 Hosur Road, specifically in Sector II, right on the 24th Main. Hosur Road is a long stretch, but once you find the turn for the 24th Main, we are right there. The area is quite active, which is good because there is always something happening nearby. Our office is a decent size, not too big and not too small. We have been here for a while and have settled into a bit of a routine. It is a functional space above all else. We don't have a lot of decorations or fancy art on the walls. It is mostly just bookshelves, files, and our workstations. The lighting is okay, though we sometimes wish for more windows on the sunny days. We are a pretty quiet group for the most part, just focusing on our individual tasks. When we need to discuss something, we just pull up a chair and talk. There's no formal hierarchy that we worry about much. We just want to get the work done correctly. Some days are busier than others, especially towards the end of the month, but that is the same for everyone. We appreciate being in a location that is easy for our staff to get to. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place. We don't use big words to describe what we do, we just come in and do it. That's the reality of life here at Novus.
