Norte Technologies India Pvt Ltd is located on the ground floor of Rmz Infinity, right on Old Madras Road. It’s a big building, so we’re pretty easy to find once you get inside the main gates. Being on the ground floor is nice because we don’t have to wait for the elevators during the morning rush. The traffic on Old Madras Road is usually a mess, so most of us try to get here early or stay a bit late to avoid the worst of it. We have a simple setup here. The desks are lined up and there’s always someone typing away or talking on the phone. It’s a professional enough spot, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. We just get the work done and go home. Rmz Infinity has a lot of other companies too, so there are always people walking past our windows. It can be a bit distracting sometimes, but you get used to it after a week or two. We keep a few plants around to make the place look a bit better, though someone usually forgets to water them. It’s just a regular office life for us here in Bangalore. We handle what comes our way and try to keep things moving smoothly. There’s nothing too complicated about how we run things at Norte Technologies India Pvt Ltd. We just show up and do our jobs.
