Our place is at 143, A in the Bommasandra Industrial Area. If you know Bangalore, you know Bommasandra is quite a trek from the city center. It’s a very industrial part of town with a lot of big warehouses and plants. Nordson Adhesive Dispensing Systems has its setup here. The building is functional. It’s got space for the equipment and for us to move around. It gets quite noisy in this area with all the manufacturing going on next door. We’ve got a mix of people working here. Some have been around since we opened this branch, and others are newer. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls. It’s mostly just shelves with parts and some manuals. The traffic on the way to Bommasandra can be a real headache in the mornings. Most of us try to get in early to avoid the worst of it. We have a small area where we can sit and have tea during breaks. It’s nothing fancy, just a few plastic chairs and a kettle. The work we do involves a lot of technical details, so we try to stay focused. It’s a practical environment. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the office decor. We just want to make sure the equipment is working and the orders are going out. It's a solid place to work and the people are decent. That's really all there is to it.
