You can find Nigama Developers over in Jayanagar, at Baba Deep Singh Nagar, specifically unit 29/D/401. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but once you get there, it’s a straightforward setup. We focus on development projects around this part of the city. We’ve been at it for some time now, working out of this office. It’s a lot of sitting around with blueprints and talking to contractors on the mobile phone. We don’t have a fancy lobby with a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from a desk. We handle the planning and the logistics of putting up buildings. It’s a lot of stress sometimes, making sure the materials arrive and the workers are doing what they should. Jayanagar is a great area, but it’s getting crowded, so finding good spots to build is getting tougher every year. We try to be practical about what can be done with a piece of land. No use dreaming too big if the budget or the space won't allow it. We’ve got a small crew, mostly people who have been in the construction business since they were kids. We know the local climate and what kind of materials hold up in the heavy rain. It’s just us doing our job every day, trying to get things built right.
