The office is on Chandini Chowk Road in HAL 2nd Stage. We are quite close to ESI Hospital, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us. Interior work is always a bit messy, to be honest. There are always wood samples or fabric swatches lying around the tables. We spend a lot of time looking at floor plans and trying to figure out how to make things fit. It’s not all pretty pictures like you see in magazines. It’s a lot of measuring and then measuring again because someone forgot something. The road outside is usually packed with cars and people heading to the hospital. We’ve been at 3278 for a good bit of time. Sometimes the carpenters are coming in and out with tools and it gets loud. We don’t have a fancy showroom with lights. We just show people what we’ve done before on a laptop or with some physical pieces we have here. It’s practical work. You have to deal with vendors and late deliveries and all that. But at the end of the day, when a room looks right, it’s okay. We just keep at it. Some days are slow, others we don’t even have time for lunch. That’s the way the business is. We like being in this part of HAL. It feels connected to everything and there is always something happening outside the door.
