About Medical Centre Speciality Hospital – Medical & Healthcare in Bengaluru
Working at Medical Centre Speciality Hospital on Dickenson Road means you see a lot of things. The address is 43, and it’s a place that has been around for a while. It’s a hospital, so things are usually moving pretty fast. The hallways aren't always silent, and there is a lot of back and forth between the staff. I spend a lot of time near the front, seeing people come in from the street. Dickenson Road is always noisy, with rickshaws and cars honking, and that sound filters in sometimes. We have some old equipment that works just fine but looks like it has seen better days. The floors are scrubbed every night, and the smell of cleaning stuff is always there. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls. It is mostly just charts and some old notices that have been taped up for years. Sometimes the elevator takes a minute to arrive, so we usually just take the stairs if we're in a hurry. Patients come here because they live nearby or because they were told to come to this part of town. We just handle the appointments and try to keep things moving as best as we can without getting too overwhelmed. By the time my shift ends, the street outside is usually a bit quieter, but the hospital itself never really stops. Every day is different, but the work is always the same.
