Lead Generators

Lead Generators is based at the Sree Ganga Complex, number 243 on BEML Main Road. We’re in New Tippasandra, which is always a busy place with a lot of energy. Our office is inside the complex, and it’s usually buzzing with the sound of phones and typing. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of people. We’re a small group sitting around a few long tables. The walls are a bit plain, but we have our charts and lists pinned up so we can see what’s going on. We spend the whole day talking to people and trying to connect them with what they need. It can be repetitive, but we have a good rhythm going. There’s a lot of coffee involved to keep us moving, especially during the afternoon slump. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon or have long meetings that go nowhere. We just pick up the phone and get to work. The complex itself is easy to find, and there are plenty of small eateries nearby where we grab a quick bite. Sometimes the noise from the main road makes it hard to hear, so we keep the windows shut most of the time. It’s a straightforward environment where we just focus on hitting our numbers and keeping the records straight. We like being in this part of Bangalore because everything we need is right around the corner. We leave the office once the last list is finished.
