New National Power Tools

Sadar Patrappa Road is always a chaotic place to be, and our shop is right in the middle of that mess at number 40. We are inside the Dr Esmahill Complex, which is part of the Sita Ram Bazar area. If you’ve ever been to S.P. Road, you know how it is—wires everywhere, people hauling heavy boxes, and the constant sound of testing motors. Our space is pretty cramped because we have so many different power tools stacked up on the shelves. Sometimes it’s hard to find exactly what you’re looking for right away, but we usually know which corner it’s hidden in. We spend a lot of time fixing things that people bring in, so there’s usually a bit of grease on the counters and a few dismantled drills lying around. The light in the complex isn't the best, so we have a couple of extra tubes fitted so we can see the small parts. It’s a family-run kind of thing, and we’ve been in this complex for years. You’ll see the New National sign, though it’s a bit dusty from all the construction work going on nearby. It’s loud, it’s crowded, and there’s always someone haggling over a price, but that’s just how business happens here. We don't have a website or anything like that, just the shop and the tools we have in stock today. Most people just walk in and ask for what they need and we help them out.
