Netaji Motor Driving School

You can find Netaji Motor Driving School on Triveni Road in Yeshwanthpur, right across from Pavithra Lodge. It is a busy spot in Bangalore, and there is always a lot of noise from the road. We spend most of our time out in the cars rather than sitting in the office. Teaching people how to drive in this city is quite a challenge because the traffic is never-ending. We have got a few old hatchbacks that we use for the lessons. The office is just a small room where we keep the registers and take down names. It has a couple of plastic chairs for people to wait. We start early in the morning, usually before the sun is fully up, to get the beginners out on the roads while it is still quiet. By midday, it gets hot and the roads get packed, so things get a bit more stressful. Our instructors are just local guys who know every shortcut and pothole in Bangalore. We do not have a fancy website or a marketing team. Most people find us by seeing the cars around or because their neighbors told them about us. It is a simple business. We teach the gears, the clutch, and how not to hit anything. It takes a lot of patience, really. Some students learn fast, others take forever, but that is just how it goes. We have been on Triveni Road for ages now and know the area inside out.
