Neoairtech India is located at 473-D/5A in the Peenya Industrial Area. We are right behind the Canara Bank. This part of town is very industrial, so there’s always a lot of noise from the neighboring factories and heavy trucks. Our workshop is a large space where we build air technology systems. It’s filled with metal sheets, welding equipment, and various components. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to wear nice clothes because of the grease and dust. We spend our time on the shop floor making sure everything is assembled correctly. The office is just a small corner walled off so we have a place to keep the files and a couple of computers. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, but we just keep the fans going. We’ve been in Peenya for a long time and we’re used to the industrial lifestyle. We don’t have any fancy mission statements. We just focus on manufacturing the units and getting them tested. Lunch is usually a quick break in the corner of the workshop. It’s hard work and it can be tiring, but it’s what we do. We are just a group of people making industrial equipment in a busy part of the city. There’s no corporate polish here, just machines and hard work every day.
