Neo Tooling Systems

Our shop is in Peenya Iind Stage, specifically at No.95 on the 9th Main. If you have ever walked around Peenya, you know it is all about manufacturing and hard work. Neo Tooling Systems fits right in there. We are not a huge corporation with a lot of layers and managers. It is just a few of us working with tools and systems every day. The 9th Main is usually full of tempos and people moving heavy crates. Inside our place, it is mostly metal and the smell of coolant and machines. We spend a lot of time measuring things and making sure the tools are exactly how they need to be for the job. It is tedious work sometimes, but it is what we do. We do not have a big sign out front, just the address and the name on the door. Most of our days are spent at the workbench or checking the inventory on the shelves to see what we are low on. It is a bit dark inside sometimes because we do not have many windows, but we have good lights over the work areas. We drink a lot of coffee to keep going through the afternoon slump. It is not a glamorous job, but it feels good to finish a project and see it ready to go out. We just keep doing our thing and hope the machines keep running smoothly. It is a straightforward life here in the industrial stage.
