Neo Dents

Neo Dents is located at 4, 1st Main Road, in the J B Kaval area of Yeswanthpur, Bengaluru. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but it’s a good spot in a busy part of the city. We are on the first main road, so we see a lot of people passing by all day. Our place isn't very big, but it’s where we do all our work related to dental supplies or whatever needs doing that day. The office has a very practical layout with shelves everywhere and boxes that sometimes get in the way. Bengaluru has grown so much, but this little corner of Yeswanthpur still feels familiar to us. We aren't a big corporation with many layers of bosses; we just have a small team where everyone helps out with everything. You might find the owner packing a box or the manager answering the door. We don’t have a fancy lobby, just a couple of chairs for people to sit if they have to wait. The traffic on 1st Main Road can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we usually try to wrap things up before the rush starts. We don’t talk much about visions or goals; we just focus on getting the orders right and making sure the inventory is correct. It’s a simple way to run things, and it has worked for us so far. We just do the work and stay out of trouble. There’s always someone stopping by for a chat, which is nice.
