Neela Industries

Our industry is located at 73 Peenya, right on the 132 Ring Road. We are very close to the Eswar Motor building, which is a good landmark for finding us. This is a very industrial part of town, so it is always loud and there is a lot of dust from the road and the nearby factories. We have been working out of this unit for a number of years. The main part of our building is the factory floor where the machines are. It is quite hot and noisy in there, especially during the middle of the day. We don't have a fancy front office; we just have a small corner where we keep the books and take phone calls. Most of our work is about manufacturing parts and handling industrial orders. We have a small crew of workers who know the machines inside out. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend the whole day fixing a lathe or a press, which sets us back. We don't do any big promotions or have a sales team. The work usually comes to us through word of mouth from other businesses in Peenya. We just try to get the pieces made to the right size and shipped out on time. It is hard work and the environment is quite rough, but that is just how it is in this line of business.
