Navsahyog Foundation

Navsahyog Foundation is located in B-104 of the Shobha Garnet Apartment complex, which is right in Iblur Village. If you spend any time in Bellandur, you already know about the traffic and the busy pace of this part of Bengaluru. Our office is basically a regular apartment space where we handle all the foundation's paperwork and daily tasks. It is not a fancy corporate setup with a glass front or a big lobby. We just have our desks, some chairs, and the usual office stuff tucked away in a residential building. Most of the time, the place is quiet, which is a nice change from the noise of the main road outside. People usually find us by looking for the Shobha Garnet gate, though the security guards sometimes take a minute to check everyone in. We have been working out of this spot for a bit now. It is practical for us because it is close to where a lot is happening in the city, even if the commute can be a headache some mornings. We do not have a big team, just a few people who show up and get through the day's list of things to do. There is a small kitchen area where we make tea, and we usually just sit around the main table when we need to talk things through. It is a very normal, low-key environment where we just focus on the work at hand without any extra fuss.
