Navarathna Clinic is situated at No.5/1 on the 17th Cross in Cubbonpet. Cubbonpet is one of those older parts of Bangalore that has a lot of character and very narrow streets. You really have to know your way around to find some of these spots. Our clinic is a simple ground-floor place. It’s been here for quite some time, and we serve the people living in these crowded lanes. It’s not a large facility. We have a small waiting area and a room where the doctor sits. In the mornings and evenings, it can get quite busy with people coming in after work or before they start their day. The sounds of the street, like scooters and vendors, are always there in the background. We don't have any air conditioning, just the ceiling fans that keep the air moving. It’s a very local atmosphere. Everyone knows everyone else in this part of town. We don’t bother with marketing or trying to look like a big hospital. We just provide a place for people to get checked out when they aren't feeling well. The records are mostly kept by hand, and we know our patients by their names rather than just file numbers. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. If you are coming for the first time, just ask anyone on 17th Cross and they can point you to the right door without any trouble.
