Natura Biotechnol Pvt Ltd is tucked away in HSR Layout, Sector 1. We’re at number 32 on the 26th Main road. HSR has grown so much lately, but our corner still feels somewhat manageable compared to the main junctions. We spend our time working with biological stuff, which means a lot of lab coats and being careful with samples. The office isn't a showroom; it's a place where science actually happens, so there are gadgets and glass bottles everywhere. Some of the stuff we do is pretty technical, but we talk about it in normal terms when we’re just sitting around having a break. The 26th Main gets busy with people heading to work, and we’re just part of that daily flow. We don’t have a fancy mission statement painted on the wall. We just focus on the experiments and the biotech products we are developing. Sometimes a test doesn't go right, and we have to start over, which is just how it goes in this line of work. It’s a lot of patience and looking through microscopes or checking data on screens. We’ve been in this city for a while and like being in HSR because it’s a good mix of residential and business. We aren't a giant faceless company; we’re just a group of people interested in biotechnology trying to get things right in our lab. We usually have a lot of tea and discuss the latest results in the small pantry at the back.
