Narayan Health Hospital

Being located right in the Bommasandra Industrial Estate means we see a lot of workers and people from the nearby factories. It’s a busy area with trucks moving around all day. The hospital is situated to help whoever comes through the door. It’s a functional building, nothing like those shiny private hospitals you see in the news. We have beds, some basic machines, and a staff that stays on their feet most of the shift. Things can get pretty hectic in the afternoons when the shifts change over at the plants. We handle a mix of everything here, from small injuries at work to people coming in with the flu or stomach bugs. The hallways are narrow and the paint is peeling a little in the corner of the lobby, but we keep it clean. The air conditioning in the main lobby hums quite loudly, but you get used to it after a few minutes. We have a small canteen area where the coffee is pretty strong, which helps the night shift stay awake. Working in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by warehouses and manufacturing units, so the view out the windows is mostly concrete. It’s not pretty, but it’s where we are needed. We use a lot of paper forms still, so there’s always the sound of shuffling folders at the front desk. It’s a gritty, hardworking environment. We’re here to do a job for the people of Bommasandra.
