If you walk down 13th Cross in Bhuvaneshwari Nagar, you'll hear the sound of welding and metal hitting metal coming from our place. We are right off Magadi Road here in Bangalore, and things stay pretty loud throughout the day. We spend most of our time cutting pipes or joining pieces together for whatever project is on the floor that week. It is a messy job with sparks flying and iron dust everywhere, but that is how fabrication goes. The shop isn't huge, but we have enough space to move the big sheets around when we need to. Karnataka heat can get a bit much under the roof in the summer, so we take breaks when we can. We've been at this 19/2B address for a while and the locals know us. Sometimes someone just walks in with a broken gate or a small piece of steel that needs a quick weld, and we try to get to it between the bigger jobs. It’s mostly just hard work and getting our hands dirty. We don't have a big office or anything like that, just the workshop and the tools we use every day. It’s a simple living and we just keep busy with the orders that come our way from around the city. We keep the welding machines running and the grinders going until it's time to lock up for the night and head home. There is always something left to finish the next morning.
