Nandi Cargo

Nandi Cargo is based out of number 74 in the Yeshwantpur Devaraj Urs Truck Terminal, over in the 2nd Stage. If you know the terminal, you know it’s a place that never really sleeps. There are trucks coming and going at all hours of the night. We’ve been here for a good bit now, right in the middle of all that engine noise and diesel smell. Our office is just a simple room where we keep track of all the paperwork and shipments. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on where drivers are. We don’t have fancy furniture or a polished lobby because we don’t really need them. Most of our work happens out on the loading docks anyway. The 2nd Stage of the terminal is always buzzing. We handle all kinds of goods, mostly just moving things from point A to point B for local businesses. It’s hard work and the hours can be pretty irregular. We don’t do big marketing campaigns. Most people find us because they know we’re here at slot 74. It’s a practical business for a practical area. We just try to keep the boxes moving and the schedules as tight as the traffic allows. It gets dusty and loud, but that’s just life at the truck terminal. We're just regular people trying to keep the cargo moving through Yeshwantpur every single day without too much trouble.
