Nanda Kishore

My place is over at 45 Bel Main Road in the Judges Layout area. This is part of R M V Extension 2nd Stage, which is a fairly quiet neighborhood compared to the rest of the city. I’ve been working out of here for a good bit now. It’s not really a big commercial setup with a sign outside or anything like that. It’s more of a personal workspace where I get my daily tasks done. Usually, you’ll find me at my desk surrounded by books and a lot of notes I’ve scribbled down. The trees outside my window block a bit of the sun, which keeps the room cool even in the afternoons. I don't have a staff or a team; it’s mostly just me handling things. Sometimes the neighbors walk by and we have a quick chat over the gate. It’s a very domestic feel, not like a cold office building. I keep my own hours, though I usually start early before the traffic on the main road picks up. I've been in this part of Bangalore for several years now and I really appreciate the calmness of the area in the mornings. There isn't much to see if you're looking for a showroom. It’s just a room where I focus and get through the paperwork or whatever project I’m currently on. I like it this way because it’s simple and I don't have to deal with the noise of a crowded market. It’s just a regular spot in a regular street.
