Nagappa Hadli Hospital

Nagappa Hadli Hospital is situated over in M.s.palya, right near the vidyaranyapura post. It is a quiet enough spot compared to the main city center. We have been working out of this building for a good while, and the locals seem to appreciate having us nearby. The day usually starts with the sound of the shutters going up and the smell of floor cleaner. We have a small team here, and everyone knows what they are supposed to be doing. There isn't any big hierarchy; we just help each other out when things get busy. The chairs in the waiting area are a bit old but they are comfortable enough for a short stay. We see a lot of people coming in from the post office area or the nearby houses. Most of the time, it’s just routine stuff, like check-ups or people feeling a bit under the weather. We keep the medicine cabinets organized, though sometimes things get a bit messy when we are in a hurry. The windows look out onto the street where you can see the local traffic passing by all day. We don't spend money on big ads or shiny signs. We just rely on the fact that we are here and we do the work. It’s a straightforward way to run a hospital. We just take it one patient at a time and try to stay organized. There is always something to fix or someone to help, which keeps us busy.
